Features:

Team (dashboard) is the default view that you see after a successful login. Here youve got the status overview of the people that you follow, typical your team or co-workers. You can click on a cell to see specific employee profile

My Status view, a form to update your status. Go there and update as often as possible to let your peers know what you are currently busy with.

Profile view shows a persons profile, contact info and detailed status updates on the app.
